Now in color!

For the longest time I've been afraid of color.  I have no idea why.
That changes now!
I have artists markers! 12 to be exact!
And in today’s episode we learn that color is nothing to be afraid of at all.
Without color, how could anyone draw Simpsons fan art?  How!!??  Without further words, here is milhouse with a beard and his cousin who is introduced and becomes a love interest for one of the characters that never has their own episode.  I can’t remember a name but I want to say Reginald.  Maybe?......
sorry about the bad cropping.  Milhouse's cousin has an eye patch but you can hardly tell.  She has an eye patch because I gave her one normal eye (not pictured) then immediately forgot about that and started drawing glasses, so hence the eye patch.

In other news, my animated feature short film is going to be released exclusively on LAZER DISQUE!!!!!  Drop by your local second hand shop that has a stack of LAZER DISQUES that nobody wants and then you’ll find my minute long but maybe less than that animated film.

For serious now, the frame count is not much more than last time.  It’s a bad combination of going on my first vacation in a few years and slackery and a drying up of good ideas and mostly slackery, or as I call it, a visit from everyone’s favorite dinosaur “the slackerdaktyl” who perches on your shoulder and makes you play tetris on NES and read books (revisiting Dirk Gently’s Holistic Detective Agency by Douglas Adams).  He enjoys all of these things, but his favorite thing to do is to watch reruns of tv shows.  He is demanding and ancient and a hard worker, if not working is work for him.  He might have the oldest profession in the history of made up metaphorical animal justifications for lazeryness (not “ka-pew ka-pew” lazeryness but the subject of this entire paragraph lazeryness (whenever I make up a new word, I want it’s meaning to be clear)).
The slackerdaktyl made me too lazy to
draw or spell correctly
As a promise that I will make to paint over the previous promise that in the first place was not binding since when I write these posts, I never speak these words to any of the 7 of you personally, so therefore any promise in sorta only a promise that I make to myself in front of the 7 of you, I will get this thing done…….

Sometime.  In the Future sometime.
Or maybe in the past!!!!!!!!!!?

NO.  Not the time for time travel jokes.   I’m trying to make a promise to myself in front of a few people I know and 4 of which I don’t and also sometimes authors of books I have read (Hi Phil Brody and Robert Grossmith!!! you don't have to comment, just saying hi. But while I'm mentioning authors, hi Douglas Coupland if you have google alerts on your own name! I really liked all of the books of yours I read so far.)

How ‘bout the end of the Year?
Yes.  It is settled.  By the end of this year, 2014.
And since I already joked about it, but sometimes when you joke about something in text, it sounds like you are being serious because it’s harder for you to get your tone across because the words are two dimensional, I will somehow release my feature debut very short animation film on LAZER DISQUE.  Or maybe more feasible, on a miniature LAZER DISQUE.  Some of you call them DVDs, but I still call them miniature LAZER DISQUES so as to pay my respects to the previous generation.  In fact, I still call mp3’s “computerized vinyl” and video games “indoor leisure diversions."  The past must be respected.

In conclusively, keep your ears and eyes open while inside your local second hand store, because it has been my dream to release something exclusively in thrift stores by don
ating a few copies to every single store within a 5 mile radius.   I also have a few more dreams involving second hand shops, but that is for another day when I’m more something.  Can’t remember what I was going to say so I’ll just end with this.  It looks awesome.
