ahem.

I just learned how to italizize without using the mouse.
Though I'd let you know.
Now on to less pressing issues of the world.  Mainly, how to properly focus when trying to write a blog post.  First, if you really need music, make it instrumental.  I have found Anamanaguchi and Explosions in the Sky work just as well as classical music.  Next, type in one word, then another, then another that makes sense alongside the previous two.  Beyond that, it's all UP TO YOU.   I means this sersiously.  I don't write long, ranting, discourses.  On the other hand, others do.  I don't.  And I felt a need to write so I wrote this.  I'm actually reminded of a story upon writing.  I normally don't, so I'll just tell it and then you can get on with consuming useless information from the buffet that is the Internet.
I had a friend that didn't like to write. or read.  He always read the cliff notes version of a book when assigned and got pretty decent grades, which is sad.  But thats not the story.  He was supposed to write an essay and he really didn't know what to write about, hence he was whining about it to us, his friends. (thats why you go to public school for instead of being home-schooled.  who do you whine to then? your mom? your dog?  your creepy neighbor?)  Well he was stumped.  So he decided to write about not being able to come up with a subject to write about.  It was a real page turner, according to what he said his teacher wrote in red ink on the paper.  It surprised me because he did the most obvious thing that was so obvious everyone else didn't write about it because they thought it would fail. Occam's Razor.  It's real.  believe me.

Moral of the story:  when faced with writer's block, whine about it to your friends.  or creepy neighbor.  whichever one is available first.

I meant for the last post to have a title. I would have been "Can He Mop IT? Yes He Can!"

That is one inspirational photo. I wish I could high five someone at sunset in front of mountains.
I would then make a poster out of it and put the one quote that the janitor says in UHF. "Life is like a mop. Sometimes life gets full of dirt and crud and hairballs and things and you gotta clean it out. You gotta stick it in here and rinse it off and start all over again. And sometimes life sticks to the floor so much that a mop, a mop, it's not good enough. You gotta get down there with like a toothbrush, you know, and you gotta really scrub 'cause you gotta get it off. But if that doesn't work, you can't give up. You gotta stand right up. You gotta run to a window and say, "These floors are dirty as hell, and I'm not gonna take it any more." "
